About Leena
I began practicing yoga in 2018 when lower back pain limited my ability to carry out high impact/intensity exercise. I turned to yoga to regain confidence in my body’s ability to move fluidly and to address my fear of pain. At the end of my first yoga practice, I remember thinking to myself ‘you did it!’. It was a powerful moment as I began to trust in my body again.
