Please visit the ‘Classes’page to book and purchase a class online. You will then receive a confirmation email and a link to complete a student health form. This is to ensure that I am aware of any injuries/conditions prior to the class so that certain postures are modified to your needs.
What if I can’t complete some of the postures in the class due to a condition or injury?
Please have a read of the class level and description on the ‘Classes’ page. It is important to note that there is no ideal version of a yoga posture. During my class, I will offer alternatives and modifications that may feel more suitable for you on the day. If for any reason you are in discomfort, then please give me a little wave and we can find something better suited for you. There is always the option to step out of a posture and rest comfortably during a class.
What do I bring with me?
Please bring a yoga mat and any yoga props you have to hand such as yoga blocks and a small blanket. Blankets can be used to support your lower back or knees and to keep you warm in savasana. Having a water bottle of water nearby is always handy! If you would like to attend a class but do not have a mat or prop to hand, please let me know in advance and I will try my best to provide one for you on the day.
What do I wear?
I would simply recommend wearing anything that is comfortable!
Where will the class take place?
The full address of the location of a class will be on the ‘Classes’ page. This will also be confirmed in an email that will be sent out to you after you book a class.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please ensure you have read and understood the cancellation policy for your purchase.
