Gentle Yoga Classes
Every Tuesday (term time) 8pm-9pm
LOCATION: Club Didsbury, Didsbury High School
Only through moments of pause and introspection can you begin to find peace.
This is a women's only gentle yoga class that encourages mindful and intentional breathing and movement. It is suitable for beginners to yoga; however, students will need to be able to independently bring themselves up and down off the ground. We will explore our breath and how it can help us move in and out of postures. Each class will include a variety of postures including seated, kneeling, and standing. The intention of this class is to become aware of our breath as we take our bodies on a journey as we transition between these physical planes developing mobility and trust in our bodies.
This class takes place in the evening, to help create a sense of calm and to cultivate the self-compassion that will guide students through the rest of their week.
